Choose the moment

A useful short clip needs enough setup to understand the voice choice and a payoff that arrives quickly. Aim for 15–30 seconds. Keep three candidates—funniest, most chaotic, and best timed—then let the performer select what represents them.

Frame for each platform

Use 9:16 for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels; 1:1 when a square post is useful; and 16:9 for full playback. Keep faces and captions inside safe margins. Captions must remain editable, and color should never be the only way a score or warning is communicated.

Score without pretending

The PRD defines Timing, Energy, Commitment, Chaos, and Comedy as entertainment dimensions. Any future AI Judge must be labeled “For entertainment only.” It must not infer identity, age, gender, ethnicity, accent quality, or professional ability.
